Pet Shop Boys sing about 'gay Eminem'

Pet Shop Boys have reportedly written a song for their new LP, Release, which imagines Eminem to be gay.

The Night I Fell In Love is about a schoolboy who sleeps with a homophobic US rapper.

Release is out on March 25.

The pop duo insist the song is not a dig at Eminem. They told Heat magazine: "We're big fans, we think he's great."

Pet Shop Boys' new single Home & Dry is out on March 11.
